Detailed tutorial for enabling "Developer Options (Developer Mode)" on various Android phone brands, including Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, Samsung, Meizu, etc., to facilitate subsequent USB debugging and automated authorization.

The following are detailed step-by-step instructions for enabling Developer Options (Developer Mode) on different phone brands.
After enabling, you can perform USB debugging, authorization permissions, and other development and automation related operations. After authorization, you can turn off Developer Options.

⚠️ Note: Menu names may vary slightly across different system versions.


Huawei / Honor Phones

  1. Open SettingsAbout Phone
  2. Continuously tap Build Number 7 times
    • If prompted "You are already in developer mode, no need for this operation", it means it's already enabled.
  3. Return to Settings homepage → System & Updates
  4. Tap Developer Options
    • Or enter "Developer Options" in the search bar at the top of Settings and directly enter.

Xiaomi / Redmi Phones

  1. Open SettingsMy DeviceAll Specs
  2. Continuously tap MIUI Version 7 times
    • When prompted "You are now a developer", it means successful.
  3. Return to Settings homepage → Additional SettingsDeveloper Options

OPPO / OnePlus / realme Phones

Tips

  • If you still can't find the entry after enabling, you can search for Developer Options at the top of "Settings" to directly enter;
  • When you need to enable "USB Debugging", please manually turn it on after entering Developer Options;
  • If you want to turn off Developer Mode, you can turn off the switch or reset system settings.
