The following are detailed step-by-step instructions for enabling Developer Options (Developer Mode) on different phone brands.
After enabling, you can perform USB debugging, authorization permissions, and other development and automation related operations. After authorization, you can turn off Developer Options.
⚠️ Note: Menu names may vary slightly across different system versions.
Huawei / Honor Phones
- Open Settings → About Phone
- Continuously tap Build Number 7 times
- If prompted "You are already in developer mode, no need for this operation", it means it's already enabled.
- Return to Settings homepage → System & Updates
- Tap Developer Options
- Or enter "Developer Options" in the search bar at the top of Settings and directly enter.
Xiaomi / Redmi Phones
- Open Settings → My Device → All Specs
- Continuously tap MIUI Version 7 times
- When prompted "You are now a developer", it means successful.
- Return to Settings homepage → Additional Settings → Developer Options
OPPO / OnePlus / realme Phones
- Open Settings → About Phone → Version Information
- Continuously tap Build Number 7 times
- Return to Settings homepage → Other Settings → Developer Options
- If there's no "Other Settings", you can search for "Developer Options" in the search bar.
vivo Phones
- Open Settings → System Management → About Phone
- Continuously tap Build Number 7 times
- Return to previous level → System Management → Developer Options
- In some versions, it's in "Settings → More Settings → Developer Options".
Samsung Phones
- Open Settings → About Phone → Software Information
- Continuously tap Build Number 7 times
- Return to Settings homepage → Developer Options
Google Pixel / Stock Android Phones
- Open Settings → About Phone
- Continuously tap Build Number 7 times
- Return to Settings homepage → System → Developer Options

- Open Settings → About Phone
- Continuously tap Build Number 7 times

Tips
- If you still can't find the entry after enabling, you can search for Developer Options at the top of "Settings" to directly enter;
- When you need to enable "USB Debugging", please manually turn it on after entering Developer Options;
- If you want to turn off Developer Mode, you can turn off the switch or reset system settings.
